Refund policy

Customers have the no-obligation right to cancel an order within fourteen working days from the day after goods have been delivered. Customers will be entitled to a full refund of the price paid, provided that the goods have not been opened and have been returned in the same saleable condition. The Customer will be responsible for the cost of postage to return the goods to Cornish Garlic Co.

We cannot accept return of any perishable goods.

Claims for breakages or other damage must be made in writing to ‘Cornish Garlic Co’ within 3 days of delivery. All goods and packages that are subject to a claim must be kept for inspection by the carrier. Damages during carriage must be noted on the carrier delivery note, otherwise claims are invalidated.
